Ingredients
60ml Morris Tokay Barrel Whisky
2 dashes aromatic bitters
15ml chocolate peanut butter syrup
60ml aerated vanilla cream
Drinking chocolate to garnish
Chocolate peanut butter syrup
1 cup drinking chocolate
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Method
- Add all ingredients for syrup together and whisk on low heat until combined.
- Add whisky, bitters and syrup to mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir.
- Strain into coupe glass.
- Float vanilla cream.
- Garnish with drinking chocolate.
