TASTING NOTES

A unique sparkling red with intense beading, and a rich robust flavour. A range of vintages were selected for inclusion with the older wines imparting soft and mature
flavours while the younger wines provide a vibrant fruit lift.

COLOUR: Medium to deep crimson and red hues.

AROMA: Rich and earthy with ripe fruit characters and typical Shiraz spice. A yeasty complexity shows through with a woody finish.

PALATE: Rich and full flavoured palate of dark fruits, black olive, chocolate and savoury influences are balanced with soft tannins.

ABV: 13.5%
