How does our wine club work?

By joining you will receive a wine delivery in May and November. We will contact you via email well ahead of the shipping date confirming that your wine delivery is coming and when your credit card will be charged. When your nominated credit card is processed we will send you a confirmation email noting that payment has been processed and then a dispatch email with tracking when your case is on its way.

Which wines will receive?

If you have chosen a pre-selected case – wines are curated by us, and we know you’ll love them. If you have a Choose Your Own subscription log into your online account and click on the Subscription menu and then edit. A pop-up will appear and you can change your case size and the wines in your next order.

How long am I enrolled for?

For as long as is convenient for you – we understand things change. You are able to manage your wine subscription by logging into your Morris of Rutherglen account via our secure website. Here you may cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty.

I don’t want my wine delivery this time what do I do?

You can skip your wine delivery by logging into your online account. Go to the Upcoming Shipments tab and select “Skip Delivery” from your next delivery line.

When will my wine arrive?

You will receive a tracking email, which includes a tracking code, when your wine delivery has dispatched. You will be able to track your delivery through our delivery partners system. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Terms.

All deliveries from Morris of Rutherglen travel must be signed for on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card for you to collect your wine at your local post office. Alternatively, you may wish to have your wine delivered to a work address – simply update your address via your online account.

How do I update my address?

Log into your online account via our website and under Addresses you can update your address by clicking the Edit Default Address button.

How do I update my credit card?

Log into your online account via our website and under Payment Methods you can securely update your credit card details. We will send you an email with a link to the address on your account.

How does my 20% discount work?

When you join one of our wine plans you will be entitled to a 20% discount which will apply when you are logged into the Morris of Rutherglen website. You must be logged in under the same email address attached to your wine club for your discount to be generated. The discount is automatically applied at checkout and is for our wine range only. Whiskies and other spirits are not included and discounts will not be generated if your Wine Club subscription is paused.

Why am I not receiving emails from you?

We might need to update your email on file or you may need to mark us as a safe sender so our emails go straight to your inbox.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By subscribing to the Morris of Rutherglen Wine Club, I understand that I am signing up to receive regular wine deliveries at the advertised frequency. I authorise Morris of Rutherglen to debit my credit card with the cost of my wine purchases as they occur. Payment details and personal information is not shared with third parties. If your credit card expires or is changed between now and your next delivery you will be notified via email and be required to update your details through the Morris of Rutherglen secure website by logging into your customer account. I acknowledge that I can manage my wine subscription through the Morris of Rutherglen secure website by logging into my customer account and that if I skip 3 or more consecutive deliveries Morris of Rutherglen will cancel my subscription. You may pause your wine subscription at any time but note that all member benefits will cease until you reactivate your subscription (this includes any discounts). All wine club preferences may be updated at any time by logging into the Morris of Rutherglen secure website. By submitting your order, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over and it is against the law to sell, supply or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. All deliveries are required to be signed for and cannot be signed for by persons under the age of 18 years.
