This highball is our twist on the classic whisky highball, which can be enjoyed on any occasion. It shows the versatility of our Signature whisky and how it can be enjoyed as a refreshing serve at any time of the year, whilst still letting the whisky shine.

Morris of Rutherglen Classic Ruby has an average age of around 8-10 years and shows lovely floral, plum fruit aromas with soft berry flavours on the palate and a long lingering persistence.

Our multi-award winning Signature expression shows bright topaz hues on appearance which open a door to orchard fruit profiles, macerated black cherry and biscuit notes balancing the zest of marmalade jam, lingering cocoa and dark-berry flavours.

INGREDIENTS:                              

·      45ml Signature Whisky

·      15ml Morris of Rutherglen Ruby Port

·      Sparkling water

·      Orange wedge to garnish

METHOD:

·      Build inside a highball glass

·      Add ice

·      Top up with sparkling water, stir to combine

·      Garnish with orange wedge
